  • Mash the Bananas: In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash the ripe bananas using a fork or potato masher until smooth. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your banana bread will be.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined. Then, mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
